* الدكتور بون باهي، باحث وأكاديمي موريتاني، متحصل على شهادة الدكتوراه تخصص القانون العام والعلوم السياسية، نشر العديد من الدراسات والأبحاث في مجلات علمية محكمة، وله مساهمات في تأليف كتب جماعية. شارك في العديد من الندوات والمؤتمرات الدولية. وبشكل عام مهتم بالتحولات السياسية والاجتماعية في البلدان العربية والافريقية، وله اهتمام خاص بالدساتير وقضايا التحول الديمقراطي، والعلاقات المدنية العسكرية، والحركات الاجتماعية، والإسلام السياسي، والدولة العربية المعاصرة.

* Dr. Boune Ould Bahi, is a Mauritanian academic researcher, holds a Ph.D. in public law and political science. He has published many studies in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and has contributed to writing several collective books, participated in many international seminars and conferences. In general, he is interested in political and social transformations in Arab and African countries. He has a special interest in constitutions, issues of democratic transition, civil-military relations, social movements, political Islamism, and the contemporary Arab state.
