*د. عمر روابحي استاذ محاضر بكلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية جامعة البويرة الجزائر، وخبير دراسات شمال أفريقيا لدى مركز دراسات الشرق الأوسط اورسام بتركيا. صدر له عدة مؤلفات ونشر مجموعة من المقالات في مجال القانون الدولي، حقوق الإنسان، الفقه الدستوري، الدراسات الامنية. عمل كزميل زائر في جامعة اسطنبول، جامعة فريبورغ السويسرية وجامعة هيدلبيرغ الالمانية.

The guest of the Saturday lecture program this week (July 3, 2021) is Dr. Omar Rouabhi, on the topic: “Political Geography of the Maghreb region”.

* Dr. Omar Rouabhi is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Bouira, Algeria, and an expert in North African studies at the Orsam Center for Middle Eastern Studies in Turkey. He has published several books and published a number of articles in the field of international law, human rights, constitutional jurisprudence, and security studies. He worked as a visiting fellow at the University of Istanbul, the University of Friborg, Switzerland, and the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
