* الدكتور عبد الحكيم أبو اللوز، أستاذ في العلوم السياسية بجامعة ابن زهر اكادير - المغرب، وباحث مهتم بالدين والتدين والحركات الدينية الجديدة في المغرب والمغرب العربي.

ومن مؤلفاته " الحركات السلفية في المغرب، بحث انثروبولوجي- سوسيولوجي" صدر في طبعتين من مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية 2009 و 2013.

The guest of the Saturday lecture program this week (May 22, 2021) is Dr. Abdel-hakim abou-louz, on the topic: “Civil work and its role in combating religious extremism - the case of Morocco”.

* Dr. Abdel-hakim abou-louz, professor of political science at Ibn Zohr University, Agadir - Morocco. His research interest are in religion, religiosity and new religious movements in Morocco and the Maghreb.

Dr. Abdel-hakim has several publications among them his book, “Salafi Movements in Morocco, an Anthropological-Sociological Study”, published in two editions of The Centre for Arab Unity Studies 2009 and 2013.
