Dr. Oumaima Elghazali

Educational and Intercultural Exchange and Skills Development in Youth

Dr. Oumaima Elghazali earned her doctorate degree in the field of Educational and Intercultural Exchange and Skills Development in Youth from Mohammed V University. She has more than ten years of experience in intercultural exchange, youth development, and volunteerism.  Oumaima is a US Department of State Exchange Alum, having earned the scholarship to participate in the Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange and Study program in 2009-2010 in Virginia Beach, VA state in the USA. Her research interests are interdisciplinary and bring different fields of research together. She specializes in Youth Education as an umbrella field, with a focus on Active Learning, Education and Multicultural Curricula, Soft Skills and Hard Skills in Classroom Teaching,  Training Design, and Assessment, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, ICTs in Classroom Teaching, Virtual Exchange, Intercultural Exchange, Intercultural Education, youth Cultural Intelligence Development.
