Hadia is a professor of political sciences and vice rector of higher education at university of Khenchela; editor in- chief of Jill for political studies and international relations, she published 18 scientific papers related to her scientific interests (democracy, sustainable development, security and gender); reviewer in several national and international scientific journals and expert at the regional organization of eastern universities in Algeria.
