Dr. El Mnasfi Mustapha
Public policies, civil society and citizen participation in Morocco.
El Mnasfi Mustapha, is a research professor at the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences in Meknes (Morocco), and a research associate at the Jacques Berke Center and the Institute for Studies on the Arab and Islamic World (France). He holds a doctorate in political science at the University of Versailles, France. He works on research topics related to public policies, civil society and citizen participation in Morocco. He recently published a field study in the French scientific journal “Multiple Societies” on “Citizen Participation of Associational Youth in the Ouarzazate Governorate (Morocco),” and is currently completing another field study on the topic: “The State and Civil Society Associations in the Context of Crises: The Covid-19 Crisis in Morocco as an Example.”
